Hotel Ambasadori is a 4 star luxury hotel, located in the historic center of Georgia’s capital city Tbilisi. Emphasizing the unique characteristics of the architecture, the lighting design company Gelanio chose Traxon Technologies innovative lighting solutions to create an eye-catching lighting scenario for the hotel’s exterior. The combination of Traxon’s high power wall washing XB-line with a highly efficient outdoor media solution – the String RGB, perfectly float the entire façade with stunning single colors and color changing light. Due to its high flexibility, 66 String RGB systems, with a total of 10.560 pixels, are placed on the buildings edges, providing striking lighting effects. One String RGB system is divided into 5 single string elements. Each element consists of 32 individually controllable high performance LEDs mounted on a flexible semi-transparent cable. In addition, the combination of Traxon’s Wall Washer XB-36 and Nano Liner XB-9/XB-27 fixtures provide dazzling bright, high power wall washing effects. The lighting installation is controlled by e:cue’s powerful Lighting Control Server LCS1. Achieving ultimate control flexibility, the solution allows for direct access to the lighting scenarios from remote locations.
