For 100 years, Colégio Dante Alighieri has been revered as one of the premier schools in São Paulo, Brazil. To celebrate its centennial, the historic school was remodeled in a manner that preserved the rich character of its traditional architecture and updated it with modern accents. Traxon & e:cue was an integral part of the project; in cooperation with faculty, restoration experts, and designers, Traxon & e:cue brought the school’ s façade to life with advanced illumination. Traxon’ s customized Liner XB RGB and Spot RGB provided the aesthetic enhancements demanded by the unique angles and texture of Colégio Dante Alighieri. The Lighting Application Suite (LAS), Butler XT, and Glass Touch T6R control the installation, resulting in a stunning façade, highlighted by Warm White and amber light; and, with the touch of a control, the façade becomes a communication tool, awash in color configurations that signify special events.
