Qatar´s capital city Doha, recently added Tornado Tower to its unique, architecturally rich skyline. 200 meters tall and consisting of 52 floors, Tornado Tower is one of the highlights in the distinguished skyscraper quarter known as West Bay. e:cue´s Lighting Control Server (LCS1), Butler, e:com and Butler Garages, provided the lighting control solution for the rhombus-shaped tower façade, a steel structure with individually controllable LEDs installed at every edge. From each knot of the structure, 35,000 separate lights are controlled, illuminating the tower´s façade with colorful pre-programmed staic lighting shows and art content movies produced by Stilzenith. e:cue´s lighting control solution transforms Tornado Tower into one of the most prominent skyline landmarks of Doha.
