Traxon products were used to create a new lighting system for the first ever bridge in Israel illuminated by LED lighting, a bridge located at the city entrance of Haifa. Traxon's Liner XB-27 was placed on the bridge's balustrade transforming the plain concrete pillars into a colorful light spectacle. The 150 Liner XBs can be individually controlled and the color settings easily adjusted to reflect the ambience of different holidays and events. Safety issues and infrastructure regulations required there to be separate locations for LED fixtures and control items respectively. To accommodate this Traxon placed its LED Engine XB controller in an isolated room at a 150 meter distance from the fixtures.The seamless integration of the light installation into the surrounding cityscape makes the view for people entering the city of Haifa and passing the bridge from underneath a bright, colorful and exhilarating experience.
