Sapporo, Japan’s 5th biggest city and renowned as one of the most famous and popular winter sport venues throughout Asia, recently celebrated the grand opening of Prime Maison in Central Sapporo. The Prime Maison is located right next to the famous Odori Park, where further city landmarks, national monuments and the public TV Tower are situated. For the grand opening, an extraordinary light installation was set up, marking the city’s skyline. Using state-of-the-art outdoor LED technology, Traxon has equipped the building’s façade with 70 Liner XB, bathing it in stunning colorful light. Installed along the outer façade, the highly customizable lighting fixtures guarantee an even light output due to their high brightness quality LEDs. Individually controllable via Traxon’s innovative LED Engine XB, the Liner XB enables sophisticated lighting scenarios with easy color settings and change of ambiances. The seamless integration of the light installation in the surrounding cityscape renders Prime Maison one of the attractions of Sapporo during Christmas and New Year.
