Located in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district, 180 Montgomery is an upscale, 25-story, 300,000+ square foot office building, and has been a well-known landmark facility since its birth in 1979. 180 Montgomery houses a variety of clients including Ameriprise Financial, and serves as the headquarters for Bank of the West. A recent lobby renovation in 2008 included an installation of 320 Traxon 1PXL Board RGB fixtures, spanning four separate walls. The installation, designed by Inga Birkenstock of Architecture & Light, features a variety of eight shows with multiple color schemes, which are also easily viewed from the exterior of the building through a glass entrance. Control is provided by three Traxon Micro Servers and an e:com desktop - an innovative user terminal by our lighting control brand, e:cue.
